🌍 New Podcast Alert: Exploring Sustainability in Supply Chains!

Hey there,

I hope your 2024 is off to a fantastic start! 🚀

Main story

Let's dive straight in - I've got some thrilling news! 🌟 My supply chain podcast has undergone a major evolution, aligning with my passion for sustainability and the rising importance it holds in our world today. Introducing the Sustainable Supply Chain Podcast – a fresh take, focusing exclusively on sustainability in supply chains!

Why this shift, you ask? 🤔 Well, it's no secret that I'm a sustainability enthusiast (been at it professionally since at least 2006!). With supply chains accounting for a whopping 90% of an organisation's emissions, the time to act is now. Plus, with increasing regulations and a clear gap in podcast content around this topic, it felt like the perfect move. My goal? To make the podcast more engaging, informative, and, let's face it, a bit more 'sticky' for you, the valued listeners.

🎧 Inaugural Episode Highlight: We kick off with a bang. The first episode features Gautam Jain, CEO of GoComet, who sheds light on how smart logistics can halve carbon emissions! It's an insightful journey through the nuances of sustainable shipping – a must-listen for business and tech aficionados, and of course, our supply chain gurus.

But wait, there's more! I've trialling another new newsletter platform - Beehiiv. Why? Because it's slick, professional, and I'm just curious to see how it fares. Expect the same mix of friendly banter, nuggets of wisdom, and a sprinkle of humour!

🔗 Don't forget to follow the podcast and share it with your friends and family. Every bit of support counts, especially as I navigate through the tech layoff wave and seek new opportunities. Got any leads or ideas for the podcast? I'm all ears!
